It is difficult to find a complete list on the web of all the metabolism boosting foods to help you burn fat. Most articles or websites tease you with a list of 5 or 10 foods but never really deliver a nice long list to build your diet on. So annoying. Here is as complete a list as possible for you.
Apple Cider Vinegar
Black Tea (hot/herbal/unsweetened)

General rule of thumb is to choose whole unprocessed foods that are naturally low in fat, sodium and sugar. When choosing items like yogurt, oatmeal and tea pick plain, unsweetened versions and add flavor yourself by adding fresh fruit and spices (not sugar). Avoid fruit juices and eat real fruit instead.
The truly observant will note that all of the foods from the negative calorie foods list previously posted on this site are included in this list. That wordpress themes is because it takes energy for your body to process food and if you are eating less calories than you are burning then your body has to burn fat as fuel to do its job thereby putting your metabolism in overdrive.
