Apple cider vinegar has been used for weight loss for centuries. It is a safe natural way to shed those extra pounds easily. Most health food stores carry several brands of apple cider vinegar. When choosing one for weight loss it is important NOT to pick one that is distilled, filtered or pasteurized because these extra processing steps destroy the many vitamins and nutrients in the apple cider vinegar eliminating its health and weight loss properties.
