DIY Slimming Body Wrap – Clay Edition

DIY Slimming Body Wrap - Clay Edition

Sometimes diet and exercise just isn’t enough. You want to firm up that last bit of flab but nothing you do seems to help. If you are tired of waiting, a slimming body wrap may be an option to give you those results you have been dying for fast. So here is what you need to do.

After much searching on the internet you will find that most body wraps are mineral and/or clay based. Really it is the compression and the body heat generated from the wrap that does most of the work. So it is okay to be a little creative. Here is what was handy.

DIY Slimming Body Wrap - Clay Edition

I wet down a hand towel with hot water. I laid down on my bed and draped it over my stomach for a few minutes until it cooled to open up the pores. The mud pack contained clay and sea salt. There wasn’t much in there so I decided to mix it with some lotion. I mixed equal parts mud and lotion.

DIY Slimming Body Wrap - Clay Edition

I rubbed it over my stomach and sides. I didn’t rub it in all the way but applied it in a thick layer. In retrospect, I would warm it up in the microwave a bit before applying it. I took the plastic wrap and wrapped it around my stomach several times. I made snug but not tight. I used the ace bandage to secure it in place. I only had the one ace bandage and it worked okay but it would be better to use 2 or 3 because it wasn’t long enough to wrap more than a few times around my waist. It would be more effective to have the plastic wrap completely covered with an ace bandage wrap for more compression.

I left the wrap on for 6 hours. Next time I will leave it on overnight. It wasn’t too hot or uncomfortable or messy so that is probably a better plan. I didn’t do anything else special. I only did the wrap. Here are the results I got. Stay tuned for a second body wrap in the near future.

DIY Slimming Body Wrap - Clay Edition

Happy wrapping. Hope  your results are as good as mine.

Update: I didn’t measure my waist when I originally did this wrap. I recently did it again exactly as before and lost 3 inches from my waist.

  • I gues it’s just me or maybe I wrapped it too tight but it was extremely difficult to do and extremely uncomfortable I had my on maybe an hour before I had to take it off and I don’t notice a difference at all also the top off both the ace bandage and the plastic wrap rolled down on me and I couldn’t get it to stay up :(((

    • Mel

Sorry that your wrap didn’t turn out so well. Sounds like you made it too tight. I made my second wrap too tight and had to take it off after 2 hours but I still saw some results. It should be tight enough to hold it place but shouldn’t feel tight or uncomfortable. Since this first one I have been using about 4 ace bandages when I do my wraps so I don’t pull them too tight. As for it rolling up on you I didn’t have that problem but I didn’t move around a lot while I had it on. You should try to lay or sit most of the time and try not to bend over or twist your torso too much. Don’t feel discouraged. You’ll have better luck next time.

how long did you leave your wraps on and how many days have you been wrapping?

        • Mel B

I leave my wraps on between 4 to 6 hours and I wait at least 2 to 3 days between wraps. Three days is better than two but you can do 2 days in a pinch. Might give you a headache though if you do them too close together or make you feel drained. Twice a week is a good rule of thumb.

    • sarah

      hi kristina,

i just read your experience with this wrap combo and im thinking of trying it. i have the same masks at home. But i have a few questions, the 1st wrap you did for 6 hrs. The 2nd you said to do overnight. Did you do them back to back or did you wait a day or days in between your wraps ??

      thanks sarah

  • samantha

does this leave lasting results or like as soon as you eat/drink your back to the same way..also how often can you do it?

    • Mel

Sadly the results don’t last very long, maybe a day or so. Recommend doing it the night before or the morning of if you have a date or event you want to be sexy for. You can do it as often as you like though. You might get even better longer lasting results if you combine it with a detox diet, though I haven’t tried that. Let me know if you try it and what the results are.

  • Kathy

Where can I find the mud pack? Can I use the same face clay mask??

    • Mel

They sell clay masks and mud packs at Walmart and other stores like that. Look for one that contains Dead Sea clay. If you can’t find one then any clay based mask will work. If you have the money and the patience to wait for it then you can order real clay from Amazon. Fuller’s Earth clay is best but again any clay will work. Also you can try either of the two other body wraps I did that are coffee based and don’t require clay and stay tuned for more body wraps in the future.

  • Hiya it’s generally known to do wraps of this kind at least 7 days apart it is not a weightless technique but does shift toxins and would be effective as part of a detox programme and healthy diet.

  • Hope

Was the before and after picture after only 6 hours or multiple wraps?

    • Mel B

It was after 6 hours and just one wrap.

      • rosalie may hatton

Any particular brand about the clay mask
Im from Philippines i don’t know if i can find it here…

        • Mel B

The freeman clay masks are bad for this. They turn the mixture into a clay doh like substance. Think and lumpy and not easy to spread. I prefer montagne juenesse brand. They work the best for this use. If you can’t find that brand and/or overseas and it is not available. The best thing to do is order bentonite clay from online or french green clay. Then mix that into the lotion instead. Anywhere from a teaspoon to a tablespoon. Play with it and see how much you like. Start with less and you can always add more.

  • sandra

can it work on a double chin

    • Mel B

I don’t know. I have never tried. I don’t see why not. If you try it and it works please let me know. I had a double chin workout scheduled for mid October. I just moved it up for you. It will now post on Sept 28th. I hope that helps.

  • Cloe

HI this is awesome results ! I was wondering like how the body wrap works though ? and if you eat does it go back to normal? thankyou

    • Mel B

The body wrap basically works like this. The plastic wrap creates a barrier that traps heat and moisture. Your sweat opens your pores and allows the ingredients from the mixture you use to seep in. That combined with the gentle compression of the ace bandages shrinks the size of the fat cells by expelling excess water and toxins. Sadly the effect is only temporary. It lasts only about a day. It is a handy solution though if you want to look good for a hot date or special event like a wedding or you just want a little ego boost. It is best done the night before or better yet the day of if possible. You can eat during and after the wrap but as always what you eat will effect your body. If you want the effects to last longer I recommend eating light low carb and low fat meals, like a grilled chicken salad with low fat dressing, and stay away from salt because it makes you retain water.

      • Cloe

Thankyou so uch for responding very helpful πŸ™‚ also sorry to be a pain but could i wrap my legs and arms at the same time and could i do it for about 3 days in a row to keep results? Thankyou lovely blog πŸ™‚

        • Mel B

Yes you could do your legs and arms at the same time but you might want to have a friend help you wrap yourself if that is the case. I wouldn’t do it three days in a row. I would advise at least taking a day or two off between wraps. It would be a lot of stress on the body all at once and be very dehydrating. Also it wouldn’t be any more effective because your body will stop you from loosing large amounts of weight at once to protect you. I generally don’t do more than one or two wraps a week myself.

  • Hi there every one, here every one is sharing these familiarity, therefore it’s pleasant to read this weblog,
and I used to visit this website every day.

  • Audrey

I did a wrap on my belly and thighs (with just anti cellulite lotion and vitamin e oil) and got pretty good results as well. I also had a problem with it rolling a little; prolly cuz it was a little tight and I have a little bit of a chub roll haha. I will have to try the clay next time- those are great results!

  • Susan

I don’t like to wrap in plastic without putting some sort of hand towel, Tshirt etc. over me first, I just don’t like the idea of having the plastic touch my body, it does heat up and I don’t want any chemicals from the plastic getting into my pores, even tho you put something over you before the plastic it works just as good. Just a thought πŸ™‚

  • jessica

What if you live the wrap on for more than 6 hours , even overnight ? Oh and after you take off the wrap, do you have to shower it off?

    • Mel B

You can leave it on overnight if you are comfortable doing so. It doesn’t necessarily increase the effectiveness to leave it on longer than 6 hours, though it might. You would have to try it both ways and see if it makes a difference for you. As for showering, it isn’t necessary. I usually wipe myself off with a damp towel or wash cloth. Though with some of the wraps like the cayenne where it heats up you may want to take a cool shower after just to get it all off but that is up to you.

  • Verneshia

I will try this with exercise wrap n the mixture.

    • Mel B

I don’t recommend exercising with the wrap mixture on. That can be messy as bending and twisting makes the wrap leak. I recommend having a regular exercise routine and doing the wraps in addition to that.

  • Fatima moreno

hi i am so interested in this wrap and i will do it this weekend. you mentioned the cayenne wrap. can you post it please. thank you

    • Mel B

The cayenne wrap was posted some time ago but I do not recommend it. I have had a lot of complaints about it. I found it uncomfortable but a lot of people are finding it unbearable. You are welcome to try it but if you feel any discomfort or it becomes too much take off the wrap and wash off the mixture as soon as possible. (I recommend a cool shower). Here is the link for you to check it out and decide for yourself. DIY Slimming Body Wrap 7 – Cayenne Edition

  • Lissa

I do this with just plain cocoa butter lotion. I apply the lotion pretty thick, on my legs- I wrap with a sheet of thin gauze (to keep the sweat from dripping out) and then Saran Wrap. On my tummy- I apply the lotion (thick), wrap with an ace bandage (again to keep the sweat from dripping out) and then put on my thermal tummy belt! (Look up-“slimming belt”) Keeps it all together easier without rolling! Lol I was kinda in a hurry the first time I tried it and only kept it on an hour, but in just that hour I lost 3/4″ on my tummy and 1/2″ on each of my thighs!! I did use aheating pad on my thighs to speed up the process. Can’t wait till I have more time to leave it on longer! I did it in the afternoon and the next day, I could still feel and SEE a difference! The important thing that I haven’t seen on this blog that you will see on most others about wrapping is that you need to stay hydrated! You want to lose water weight, not dehydrate yourself, as that can be very dangerous. I personally drink Gatorade most of the time, so I did 1 bottle of water and then my Gatorade while using and after the wrap.
I’m very happy with my results and just FEEL better! Happy wrapping, but be safe and stay hydrated! πŸ™‚

    • Mel B

I am happy to hear your wrap went well. Yes it is important to stay hydrated. I did leave that out and should put that in. No you don’t want to get dehydrated during the process and should be drinking water. I don’t feel the need to overdo it though, the process is designed to help you lose water weight and you don’t want to be drinking it in as you are trying to sweat it out. Simply drink what you would normally drink plus once or two more and you will be fine.

      • Laken

How many time a week do you do the wraps? Can I do it 2 times a week for 6hours each time

        • Mel B

You can do it as often as every two or three days. I personally recommend 3 days. I tried doing 2 days in between back in March and it was really draining after about a week or so. Plus if you are prone to migraines like I am it can trigger them if you do them too often, which I also had a problem with that month. So three days most of the time but if you need to you can push it to two in a pinch, like if you have a big date or something. Really though it is better to plan it out and decide on which days you want to do your wraps instead of scheduling them. It is best to do them the night before or the morning of whatever it is you need them for, like a hot date or wedding or interview or whatever. If it is an afternoon or evening event plan to do your wrap in the morning. If it is a morning event, plan to do it the night before or overnight if you are comfortable doing that. If you are just doing them as part of your slimming routine then it is still good to be flexible with your wrap schedule. Fit it in when you have time and don’t forget it is a spa treatment and pamper yourself while you are doing it with a face mask or a self manicure. Enjoy the me time.

          • Laken

I wanna try farewell cellialite and vitiamn e oil first with the wraps. Can I do it 3 times a week for 45 mins.?

          • Mel B

You can try that if you like. I am not sure how much it will do. Let us know how it goes.

I have anti cellulite cream, do u think mixing with the mud mask you suggested from walmart will be ok?

    • Mel B

Yes, sure. If you already have an anti cellulite cream on hand then using that will work really well. I didn’t use it because I didn’t have one and they are expensive to buy and I like to keep my wraps as cheap as possible when I can but they are very effective when you do wraps and highly recommended if you can get your hands on them. That being said, it is the process that does most of the work and not the ingredients as I demonstrate in my DIY Slimming Body Wrap 18 – Surprise Edition, where the surprise is I use only plain cocoa butter lotion (that I got from the dollar store btw.) So if you don’t have anti cellulite lotion on hand or run out, no need to stress. The wrap still works with regular lotion too.

  • Sola

Hi…still on the double chin issue. Waiting for the double chin exercises you said you would post.

  • Glenn

I would honestly like to thank you for this method it actually worked a did not cost much to make:D

    • Mel B

You are welcome. I am glad I came up with it too. I had seen wraps online a couple times before but they were all complicated and involved multiple expensive essential oils and clays. I thought that was impossible. Then one day I decided I could do it if I took it down to the very basic elements of the process. I found a substitute for ordering expensive clay online with a cheap mask I already had laying around and skipped the essential oils. Honestly I didn’t think it was going to work when I did it and was very surprised and happy it did. I was glad I decided to do it and it led me to experiment and come up with a bunch of other inexpensive wraps that also work really well.

    • Emily

I am so happy about this post as I was not going to buy all those other ingredients and I tried one last night without the mask and didn’t see any change. Good luck to us!

      • Mel B

I did one with just plain lotion once (DIY Slimming Body Wrap 18 – Surprise Edition). As you can see there was a visible difference with just using the lotion and nothing else. I lost 1 and 3/4 inches in 6 hours. When you do your wraps, make sure you wrap them tight enough. You want them to be on there firmly. It should feel like a hug but not be too tight to where you can’t move or breathe. If it starts to hurt after a little while then you wrapped it too tightly. Which is fine, just unwrap it and wrap it right back up again a little looser. Don’t leave it on too tight and suffer. It is not meant to be torture. However if it is not tight enough you will not get the results you desire either. The trick is finding the tightness that is right for you.

  • Emily

This is amazing. Thank you for sharing, especially the part about the mask. I tried one last night and kept waking up so I don’t want to do it overnight again but I will try your ingredients. Thank u!!!

    • Mel B

Yeah. I tried it overnight too and was too uncomfortable to keep it on. I took it off after about an hour or two. I don’t do overnights either anymore but they can technically be done that way if you are not too uncomfortable or are a heavy enough sleeper that it won’t bother you.

  • Sarah

i was intrigued by slimming wraps and was having a “fat” day yesterday so after finding your site i popped to town this morning to get what i needed. Im currently 1hr 40mins in to my first wrap, im finding its slipping up and down a bit, but im using the support section of some tights and im not sure its tight enough. ive applied a second layer of wrap to try and hold it a little firmer. im aiming for 3 hours today as i have work later, then hope to do another one sunday as off to a water park on monday πŸ™‚

    • Mel B

Sounds like it was working well for you. Yes I have used tights/control top pantie hose for wraps before. They do work well because they are more comfortable but I also found they are not very tight. I prefer to use the ace bandages still or a stomach cincher. You can find cheap ace bandages at your local dollar store. (They usually have pretty colors there too like pink and purple too.) Ace bandages are the best because the tightness can be adjusted at any time during the wrap. If you are still wanting something tight but wanting the ease and convenience of not having to mess with it then I recommend a stomach cincher which you can get from walmart for less than 10 dollars or if you want to spend more you can but you don’t need to. I spent $7.47 or something like that on mine and it works great. The tightness is just right. You do however have to read the label and get the size bigger than it says you should get. They run small (which is the point) but you will have stuff on under it and you don’t want it to squish out. Plus trust me, you will be far more comfortable that way.

      • Sarah

It worked very well… i couldnt get the clay packs that you had used but had a coconut one of the same brand, plus cocoa butter lotion, after 3 hours i had lost 2.5 inches, i think i will try and get bandages like you suggested. Ive not heard of ace before (im in the UK) but are they bandages that stick to them selves?
I plan to try on thighs next time too.
I thought id try wraps out as i am going to a wedding at the end of August so this will give me that final bit of confidence before going.
Thank you for you site, its very helpful and useful :), i have just pinned it to my toolbar πŸ™‚

        • Mel B

Ace is just a brand name in the US and they make most of that type of bandage I am referring to but basically it is just an elastic sports bandage that usually comes with a couple of metal clips to fasten on itself. I usually use about four of them myself when I wrap but I am not a very large person as you see from my pictures. A larger person may need five or six or more. In my Apple Cider Vinegar Wrap, I do an easy tutorial on how to combine the ace bandages using no sew glue to make one long bandage for easier wrapping. That made life so much easier once I did that, because I wrap often and it is a pain to mess with multiple bandages. Something I highly recommend people do if they plan to wrap often.

          • niki

This is AWESOME….im a mom of 3 and work full time and im in school so I never have time 2 exercise but I always wanted to tone down a little and dis is the best by far….thankkkkk uuuu!!!

  • Would like to try it out. How do I get one

    • Mel B

Well you can get ace bandages and plastic wrap at your nearest dollar store. I found the little packets of clay at walmart but have seen them at other stores like kmart and sometimes target too. As for the lotion, any unscented lotion will work but you want to pick one that is as thick as possible. It doesn’t need to be expensive for that. I found a lotion at the dollar store that I love an use all the time for wraps because it is so thick it literally comes in a jar and not a bottle. If you already have the ace bandages and the plastic wrap then the wrap can be done for less than 5 dollars. If not then you are still looking at less than 10 dollars. That is 4-6 for the bandages, about 2 for the clay and if you can find a lotion at the dollar store or for a couple of dollars then you are done for under 10. When I originally did this wrap I already had everything I needed on hand so it cost me zero to do it.

  • Hi! So I have read several of your blogs on the body wraps. Which one did you see the best results with? I had my 3rd c section 12 weeks ago and now that all the swelling has gone down and im losing weight I have the dreaded flabby tummy. I am going out tonight for the first time after baby :-/ and would just like a little help… ok a lot of help tightening up my tummy for a few hours. Which wrap do you recommend? And thanks for posting all of these!

    • Mel B

If your wound is still fresh I would not recommend doing any of the wraps just yet. Please wait until it is fully healed to do the wraps. You don’t want anything getting into the wound. If it is completely sealed then it should be safe to do just make sure you stop if you start to feel dizzy or woozy or otherwise unwell. Don’t push yourself beyond your limits. There are several that are good but I would recommend one that isn’t going to be harsh on the skin. Maybe the cocoa one, clay or even the honey one. Try to avoid your c-section scar if you can when applying the mixture. Some of it will get on there but that is okay so long as it doesn’t burn or sting it is okay. Definitely don’t do the cayenne, ginger or cinnamon wraps at all, at least for a while, maybe 6 months or so. I also don’t recommend doing the wraps if you are breastfeeding because it might dehydrate you too much. Overall, just be careful and use your best judgement.

  • Lizzy Peace

Hello, I have been doing research about the weight loss wraps. I have not yet tried it but I am considering it. I was curious on how effective the wraps are? And how often can I use a wrap? Once a week, daily, monthly? I’m a little confused. Also does it matter what your size is, for it to work better? Sorry with all the questions. Lol

    • Mel B

Those are all good questions. Homemade wraps naturally aren’t as powerful as commercial wraps that contain massive amounts of chemicals. Besides the overwhelming price of the commercial wraps, which I can’t afford, I didn’t want all those chemicals seeping into my body so I made up my own. I cannot testify as to how long the commercial wraps last as I have never used them but my wraps last about a day (24 hours or so) and can be done as often as ever 2 to 3 days. If you are going to be doing them regularly I recommend 3 days rather than 2 to let your body recover in between especially if you are prone to migraines like I am as it can trigger them if you do it too often. (A problem I ran into when I did them 3 times a week for a month back in march.) They are perfectly safe however if you space them out to 3 days or twice a week and you can do them no matter what size you are. Their effectiveness depends on the amount of surface fat and/or cellulite you have. If you have a lot it will be more effective. If you don’t it won’t show much difference. The only way to find out is to try one and take before and after picture and don’t forget to measure your waist or the area you are wrapping before and after as well to tell the difference because it is not always visible. Don’t forget to measure in the exact same spot though before and after for accuracy, otherwise your results might not tell you what you want to know. Hope that helps.

  • melanie

Hey is this temporary or does it leave your stomach like that?

  • michele

hi i have just ordered some wraps off the internet so not sure how to use them i have read a lot of the comments and noticed it mentions cream you put on this neccesery and also wot is the thing you mentioned to keep the wrap on…..thankyou

    • Mel B

The commercial wraps that you ordered off the internet should come with instructions and everything that you need included. These wraps on this sight are homemade wraps and are different from those.

  • Jon W

Giving it a try tonight. Had surgery a month ago and haven’t been able to perform any physical activity the last eight months due to the injury leading up to the surgery. Unfortunately my job requires me to do a physical fitness test. Since I am still recovering I only have to do a waist measurement. Regardless of how I diet, without being able to exercise I have still put on weight. I am worried about not meeting the standard. I am real close to being over and it all depends on who is taping you on where you stand. I am hoping this works enough to take out any gray area. I used the ace bandage but I also put on one of those sweat bands on to hold it on tight while I sleep and I am using a heat pad. Well, wish me luck. I’ll let you know how it goes. Thanks for the tips. You had some great results.

  • Miranda

Has anyone found long lasting results with this?
    If so please share!! πŸ™‚

    • Mel B

All body wraps are temporary, even the expensive spa ones. Some, like the spa ones, last a little longer than the homemade ones do but it is still just a quick fix. They are great for if you have a big event like a wedding, a hot date or an interview that you want to look your best for. They are also great as a confidence boost to help keep you on track on your diet or get you back on track on you diet. For longer lasting better results it is best to use them in combination with diet and exercise. With exercise, obviously work your whole body but especially strengthen your core and your results will last longer. You can also do the wraps every 2 to 3 days to maintain your results as well but make sure you don’t do them too often or you will feel drained and it may give you a headache. As far as diet, the major offender is salt. Too much salt makes you retain water, which leads to bloating and ugly cellulite. Cut out as much salt as you can from your diet and that will help too.

  • Diana Otto

    Did the inches stay off?

    • Mel B

The results last about 24 hours. Good for a hot date or an interview or a big event like a wedding. It is also a great confidence boost when you are feeling down and want to stay on track on your diet.

  • bhanu

Hi, i tried this pack last night and lost 1/2 an inch. But the pack did not get warm or hot through out the night. Did i do something wrong? i had heating pad for 5 minutes, then i added equal portions of mud mask and lotion, wrapped with cling wrap and then elastic bandage over it. pls let me know how to get more effective results, thank you.

    • Mel B

The clay one doesn’t really heat up like the some of the other ones do. Just your own body heat trapped by the plastic wrap does the work. If you want want that heats up use one of the spicy ones like the ginger, cinnamon or cayenne but do a spot test first especially if you have sensitive skin to make sure it won’t be too hot for you. If it feels like it is too hot or burning take it off right away and rinse with cool water or take a cool shower to get it off. Those with sensitive skin should absolutely not do the spicy wraps.

  • Of all the different versions you have shown, which wrap gave you the best results?

    • Mel B

I had several that were successful. The first one I did, the Clay Edition was very good and is one of my most popular ones. The Cocoa Version 1, Ginger and Apple Cider Vinegar Editions all worked very well too and are also very popular. I have done and posted 28 different wraps now on this site. I thought most of them were successful and I would do them again if I got the chance (though when I wrap I try to do new ones so I can post something new for the site). I know that doesn’t really answer your question but I am sorry I really don’t have a favorite. Too many of them were that good.

  • Jessica Rhodes

Do you have to use it every night or can you just use it couple times a month

    • Mel B

Don’t use it every night. You can use it as often as twice a week but I wouldn’t do it more than that if you are doing it regularly because it can be draining.

  • Robin

Hi I saw this and I thought I would give it a go this is my first try on it but I think I have done it wrong I did not heat up the stuff before I put it on dose this matter and am doing it overnight so I hope it works any help please

    • Mel B

You do not have to heat up the stuff if you don’t want to. Lotion just tends to be cold when you first put it on the skin. You can just put it right on. I pretty much never heat it up. Your own body heat will warm it up once the wrap is on, so don’t worry about it.

  • shey

Microwaving the mixture not a good idea its made a mess in my microwave i dunno how else youd warm it up

    • Mel B

By microwaving i meant for just a few seconds. No more than 10 or 15. Just to warm it up a little. You can microwave just the lotion first for a few seconds and then stir in the rest and see if that works better.

  • Minyon

Are you able to use this wrap on your thighs? Will it shed the pounds?

    • Mel B

You can do it on stomach, upper arms and thighs. And no. The results are only temporary as it only works on cellulite. It sort of shrinks the size of the fat cells temporarily by getting rid of excess water and toxins but since you drink water every day and are exposed to toxins everywhere it has no choice to come back. The only true way to get rid of it is diet and exercise. You can use it combined with those as often as twice a week to help but it is just a surface thing. No real weight loss.

  • Jasmien

    Hey mel,
I just saw your post and I was wondering.. I have the strawberry-chocolate clay mask from Freeman. I am a bit worried to keep the wrap on for so long.. I’m worried that my skin will be irritated or will turn red from the clay mask. It happens to my face when I keep it on for longer than 10 minutes.

If you are sensitive to it then don’t do it. You can use many other ingredients (see the other wraps on this site) besides the clay. Besides, every time I have tried to use a Freeman mask for a wrap it has gone badly. It turns to a play doh like consistence when mixed with lotion and is not good for wrapping. I recommend using Montagne Jeunesse masks, not the peel ones. Or you can just use some ingredients that don’t include a mask, like cocoa powder or apple cider vinegar.

I have found that using them 3 times a week. my body stayed thinner, also gave me motivation to watch the things I was eating. I loved them
