One Simple Move To Blast Stubborn Belly Fat


You have been working your butt off trying to get a flat sexy tummy or even a tight set of abs and all you have managed to get is a layer of muscle hidden under your fat. It is so frustrating. You don’t want to give up but you don’t know what to do. Well fear no more. There is a solution and it is so simple you will want to kick yourself for not thinking of it yourself.

Are you ready for it? Of course you are. It is called the vacuum pose or isometric abdominal squeezes. It is the only abdominal exercise that will get rid of that stubborn layer of fat on top of your hard earned abdominal muscles. It isn’t the best exercise to help you lose weight but it will help you drop inches from your waistline within weeks and you could lose up to 5 pounds as well.

No doubt you are thinking this is too easy. There is more to it. It isn’t just doing this exercise now and then that does it. You need to do it every day for a full 5 minutes. That’s right, 5 minutes. The best way to do it is to sit up straight, suck in your stomach and hold it.  Pull your abs up and your belly button toward the spine. You will know when you are doing it right if you feel it in all your abdominal muscles (lower, upper and obliques). Hold for 10 seconds, release for a few seconds then repeat. Do 5 sets of 6 holds for a total of 5 minutes. It may sound simple but you will definitely feel the burn. You can do it all at once or spread it out throughout the day. You could also hold for 30 seconds 10 times. Whatever works best for you as long as you do a FULL 5 minutes EVERY DAY.

If you do this simple move every single day for 2 weeks you can expect to lose 1 1/2 to 2 inches in your waistline. Make sure you measure yourself before you start and after the two weeks are over. You will be surprised at the results. After the two weeks are over ramp it up a little bit and set a new goal of 10 FULL minutes EVERY DAY. Soon your tummy will be flat and tight. You may even see some of those abs you have been working so hard to get.
